Edition 3 of the Depot brings more dopeness than you could shake a crunky
stick at. Instrumental hip hop, folktronic smatterings and a disappearance
into the disco ether flow up inside you like musical irrigation. Get on it!

Featured Album: Flying Lotus – Los Angeles [Warp]
The follow-up to 2007’s excellent Reset E.P., Los Angeles is a colossal seventeen tracks of instrumental hip hop that boasts more influences than you could count without an abacus. Whilst there’s something definitely very signature about the sound to be found on the record, it’s hard to put your finger on what that common thread is. One things for sure though, from lurching swaggers like Golden Diva, through to the driven numbers such as Parisian Goldfish, it’s plain to see Flying Lotus’ production arm of present is not to be messed with.
